Boheme is a location-based online magazine. The product consists of two native B2C mobile apps, one admin app, and another SaaS B2B dashboard.
I started as a junior designer and over the course of four years, I grew and became responsible for the following:
-UX/UI product designer for iOS, Android & Web
-System designer
-Conducting user research and A/B testing based on Firebase and Google Analytics.
Design process
Here is a brief overview of my design process. As an example, I will outline my process for one of the latest services we design and implemented at P8 marketing GmbH. (regarding NDA Jira ticket(first screen) is a dummy content)
Requirement assigned
Receiving tasks from PO/PM and prioritise them by my timeline.
Task flow
If the Flow is not clear yet with team we are having different meetings to prepare the task flow.
Delivered design is not the end
After delivering design I stay in touch with frontend developers if there is anything needed from my side. Once implementation is done I usually do the UX review. If everything is fine hand it over to the testers. In many case we do user interview to receive the direct feedback to improve user experiences.
